How can it be custom-built and have a published price?
Because the assessment sets the scope, and the assessment comes before the quote.
These two numbers are the standard package: what the systems we usually build cost. If your case needs something different, we tell you what it would cost before we start. Never halfway through.
And if it isn't worth it for you, we tell you that too. We'd rather lose the project than deliver something you won't use.

How much does it cost?
The standard package is €1,000 one-off setup (VAT not included) and €195 a month for maintenance, no lock-in, and it's the same for everyone. If the assessment shows your case goes beyond that, we tell you what it would cost then, not halfway through the project.
What if I need more than the package covers?
We say so before starting, with what it would cost and why. Some work goes beyond the standard package and we do it anyway, with its own quote. What we won't do is start at the usual price and ask you for more halfway through.
Can I stop whenever I want?
Yes. Maintenance has no lock-in. The setup is a one-off payment and what's built is yours: if you leave, you take your files and your knowledge base with you.
Where is my data?
On our own server in the European Union. When personal data is involved, we set the system up on the client's own server. We don't train anything on it or hand it to anyone.
What happens if the AI doesn't know something?
It says it doesn't know. It doesn't estimate, round off or fill gaps to look good. It's our hallmark.
Does it work with the software I already use?
It connects where your team already works: your website, your email, WhatsApp or your management software. You don't have to switch programs, and nobody has to learn a new tool.
What if my files grow?
Maintenance includes adding new material to the base, at no extra cost.
Which sectors is it for?
There are projects in architecture, real estate and interior design, and demand in accounting firms, industrial maintenance, clinics and repair shops. If your sector isn't listed, it adapts: what changes is the documents and the rules, not the system.
