What is Black Nodus AI?
Black Nodus AI brings artificial intelligence to small and mid-sized businesses. Our main product is an AI assistant that answers questions about each company's documentation — manuals, technical specs, records and procedures — always citing the source. It's offered as a single package and adapts to every industry.
How much does the AI assistant cost?
There is one package: €1,000 setup (one-off, VAT not included) plus €195 a month of maintenance, with no lock-in. It's the same price for every client. If the free assessment shows your case falls outside that, we tell you then — not halfway through.
Which industries is it for?
It's the same assistant, specialised by industry. A few examples: AI-assisted quoting for architecture, support over manuals and records in industrial maintenance, regulatory lookups in real estate, plus cases in professional services, hospitality, clinics and retail. If your industry isn't listed, we adapt it.
Is there a lock-in period?
No. Maintenance has no lock-in: if it isn't working for you, you stop. The setup is a one-off payment and what we build is yours.
What happens when my documentation grows?
Maintenance covers adding new documents to the knowledge base at no extra cost. And which architecture your documentation needs — from a structured base through to a knowledge graph — is decided in the assessment: it comes at the same price, it isn't sold on the side.
