Construction estimates in minutes, with the firm's own line items and prices.

You describe the job out loud and get the estimate by chapter, sub-chapter and line item, with quantities.

It chains base cost (PEM), overhead, industrial profit and VAT up to the contract total (PEC).

Prices come from the firm's own history, not from a generic database.

Real estate agency

A property sale file reviewed in minutes, with a traffic light for the agent and a report for the lawyer.

It reads the whole file (land registry extract, deed, cadastre, permits, certificates, building inspection) and cross-checks data across documents.

It rebuilds the property's legal timeline and flags what's missing before signing.

It runs on the client's server, because here there is personal data.

A sales agent who never sleeps and speaks the language of whoever asks.

It answers on the website and on WhatsApp around the clock, in the language people write in.

It qualifies the lead, books the viewing with the right agent and adds the contact to the CRM.

This one is being built now: there's no system answering customers yet.

We come from construction and real estate, and we don't hide it. What we build isn't specific to that sector: it's documents that need cross-checking and questions that need answering, and a workshop, a clinic or an accounting firm has the same.
