Every figure points to its account

It names the account and month behind each flag, so you can check it in the ledger before sending.

Questions before you start

Does it work with my accounting software?

With any software that exports the trial balance and the general ledger to Excel or CSV, which is what it reads. During setup it is tested on your real exports before anything is signed off.

What's in the report?

Two pages per client and quarter: the summary income statement, the sales chart, the comparison with last year and the sentences that explain what happened. In your format and with your logo, and it can be edited before you send it.

What if an account is missing or something doesn't add up?

It says so in the report and doesn't fill the gap: it marks the figure as unverified instead of making it up. Every figure points to the account it comes from, so you see right away where the problem is.

Where are my clients' accounts stored?

On the firm's server. Neither the exports nor the reports ever leave it, and if you stop the service one day, they stay where they were.
