What should I bring to the MRI?
Your referral and the report from the last one, if there is one. Nothing metal on you, and if you have an implant, say so when you arrive. Protocol · MRI · 2026

Answers with your protocol

Preparation, what to bring, how to cancel: it answers with what you gave it; if the protocol changes, so does the answer.

I've had a fever and an earache for two days. Should I take something?
A doctor needs to see that, not me. I'm passing your message to the doctor and they'll call you this morning.
Doctor alertFever and earache, two days · asks what to take. Awaiting a call.

Clinical questions go to the doctor

Symptoms, medication, results: it doesn't answer them; it passes them to the doctor with a summary and tells the patient.

Frequently asked questions

Does it work with the center's WhatsApp?

Yes. It connects to the center's number through the WhatsApp Business API and also answers on your website. The number stays yours, and reception can step into a conversation whenever it wants.

Does it answer medical questions?

No. It answers with the center's protocol: hours, test preparation, what to bring, how to cancel. Anything that needs clinical judgment goes to the doctor with a summary, without making up an answer. What it answers and what it passes on is set with you during setup.

Does it replace my scheduling software?

It doesn't have to. It can keep the calendar itself or log appointments in the one you already use, if it can connect to it; we check during setup. Either way, the appointment goes in its slot and the patient is notified.

Where is patient data stored?

On your server. The calendar, names and phone numbers stay there, and if you ever leave the service, they stay where they were.
