Yes. It connects to the venue's number through the WhatsApp Business API and also answers on your website. The number stays yours, and your team can step into a conversation whenever it wants.
It passes it to the manager with a summary of the conversation and tells the guest, without making up an answer. What gets passed on and what doesn't (groups, events, complaints) is decided with you during setup.
It doesn't have to. It can keep the calendar itself or log bookings in the one you already use, if it can connect to it; we check during setup. Either way, the booking is logged and the venue is alerted.
