It reads stock by size and store when it answers, and says it as it is: how many are left and where.
Shipped, on its way, delivered: it answers with the status and the date, without checking the courier's dashboard.
A late return or a product that arrived damaged isn't its call: it passes it to the store and tells the customer.
Stock and orders are read on your server, not on anyone else's.

Yes. It connects to the store's number through the WhatsApp Business API and also answers on your website. The number stays yours, and anyone on the team can step into a conversation whenever they want.
From wherever you keep it: your point-of-sale software, your ERP or your online store. It reads it when it answers, not from a copy: if the last pair sold at 19:50, at 22:15 it no longer offers it. If your software can't connect, we look at it during setup.
It doesn't take payment. It places the order for in-store pickup or sends the link to your online store to pay. Payment still goes through wherever it goes today.
On your server. Conversations, orders and phone numbers stay there, and if you ever leave the service, they stay where they were.
Tell us about it in the assessment. It's free, and you leave with a yes or a no.
